Benefit from Carla’s years of personal and professional experience as she demonstrates each step in the preserving process, from preparing the ingredients, ascertaining the correct levels of salt, sugar, or vinegar, and hygienically sealing the bottles and jars in order to ensure that your preserves last.

Each class includes a lunch where you will be able to sample some of Carla’s preserves as well as dishes prepared with ingredients fresh from her garden in Ostia.
