Carla will teach basics and tricks to a flour-less chocolate cake with glaze, a very British trifle, a Florentine zuccotto, an oat and walnut fruit crumble and a Bonet from Piemonte. The lesson culminates in lunch with lots of good things fresh from Carla’s garden.
