Fresh Pasta Workshop – Saturday 26th November, Latteria Studio

Join Carla for a day time lesson in which you’ll learn the essentials of pasta dough and flour varieties, which will then be turned into ravioli di zuccatagliatelle, chesnut flour pappardelle and a pasta timbale. The lesson will culminate in lunch gathered around a large table, where you’ll enjoy the dishes you’ve created, along with lots of good things brought fresh from Carla’s garden.
